About the Film
The road to hell is paved
with good intentions.
When a grief stricken young wife on the western frontier succumbs to an otherworldly evil, she is forced to confront what she’s become.
Spanning a supernaturally long timeline, the story oscillates between her present life and the world she came from centuries ago. As the consequences of a single desperate bargain echo forward in time, we watch helplessly as our protagonist faces off against her.
Exploring her past and present, we unravel the rich backstory driving our femme fatale’s choices, taking the audience on a journey to answer this: “When do good intentions no longer absolve us?”
